Certification

Buyers who have imported from India before will have seen expired certificates, certificates in a group company's name, and logos with no certificate behind them at all.
The fix is boring. Ask for the certificate, check the name on it matches the exporter on your invoice, and check the date. We would rather you did that with us than skip it.
Audits
Buyer or agency audits at the processing unit are welcome with notice. We will not pretend a partner facility is ours.
Documents on request
Certificate scans, test reports and the specification sheet for any product go out by email the same day.
Corrections
If something on this page goes out of date and we have not updated it, tell us. It is a mistake, not a strategy.
