Export services

Pick the parts you need.

Some buyers only want a price per bag. Others want the crop bought at harvest, cleaned, tested, ground, packed under their own brand and delivered to their warehouse. We quote either one. The twelve services below are all the pieces in between — take as many as you need and leave the rest.

Daily buying at the Unjha APMC yard, and at the growing centres for crops that do not pass through it. We watch arrivals as closely as we watch rates, because a falling price on thin arrivals usually turns around within a week — and knowing that tells you when to book.

  • Lot by lot inspection before purchase
  • Origin recorded against each purchase
  • Forward booking for contracted volumes
  • Market notes shared with regular buyers

Multi-stage cleaning, run to the purity written in your contract rather than to a house standard. Machine cleaning, gravity separation and optical sorting, with a metal detector pass before anything is packed.

  • Destoning and de-dusting
  • Gravity and size grading
  • Optical and colour sorting
  • Metal detection

Arranged through partner units for buyers who have microbiological limits to meet, most often in Europe and Japan. Steam treatment does cost you some volatile oil, so we will explain the trade-off honestly before committing your lot to it.

  • Saturated steam treatment
  • Pre and post treatment counts
  • Handled at a partner facility [ name the unit ]

Ground to the mesh you specify, under temperature control so the aroma survives the mill instead of being burned off in it. Blends made to your own recipe, kept confidential.

  • Mesh 40 to 100
  • Cryogenic grinding on request
  • Recipe blending under NDA

In-house checks on every lot, plus accredited external testing wherever your contract or your importing country requires it. The reports go into the document set, so your customs sees them at the same time you do.

  • Moisture, purity, admixture, ash
  • Pesticide residue panels
  • Aflatoxin, heavy metals
  • Microbiology and salmonella

Bags, cartons, jumbo bags, food grade liners and vacuum packs. Marking follows your artwork, your batch coding and whatever declarations your market demands — get this wrong and the container waits at the port.

  • PP, jute and paper bags
  • Food grade liners
  • Vacuum and modified atmosphere
  • Buyer marking and batch codes

Retail pouches and jars under your own brand, from checking the artwork through to shelf-ready cartons. Minimum quantities depend on the pack format, so talk to us before your designer finishes the artwork, not after.

  • Pouch, jar and box formats
  • Artwork and label compliance review
  • Shelf ready carton options

The full set prepared in our office and checked against your own broker’s list before the vessel sails. Scans reach you first so your clearance can start early; originals follow by courier.

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Bill of lading
  • Certificate of origin
  • Phytosanitary certificate
  • Health and fumigation certificates

Container booking, someone of ours present while it is stuffed, and photographs of the empty container, the loading and the sealed doors with the seal number.

  • FCL and LCL
  • Mundra, Kandla, Nhava Sheva
  • Stuffing photographs and seal record

Independent inspection at loading whenever you want it, with the agency you nominate — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own. We never treat this as a sign of mistrust. New buyers who use it sleep better, and we would rather you did.

  • Buyer nominated agencies
  • Draw and seal at loading
  • Counter samples retained here

We buy your full year at harvest and ship it to you in instalments. Worth doing when the crop is short and the price is only moving one way — you lock the cost now and take delivery when you need it.

  • Contract stock held against a schedule
  • Periodic condition checks
  • Release against your call off

We track the container until it is discharged, and if something arrives outside specification you get a straight conversation, not a month of silence. Claims are answered against the sealed sample we both hold.

  • Transit and arrival updates
  • Document corrections
  • Claim handling against retained samples

Pick the level
of involvement.

Nobody needs all twelve. Most buyers start in one of these three shapes and move up as their volume grows. Tell us which one sounds like you and we will quote to it.

Level one

Bag price

You already know what you want, you have your own freight and broker, and you need a sharp FOB number with clean paperwork. We source, clean, load and document. Nothing else.

Level two

Specification programme

Repeat shipments against one fixed specification, with laboratory reports, inspection at loading and a shipment calendar you can plan your production around.

Even if it is only one line out of the twelve. Tell us the product, the quantity and the port, and we will come back with a price and a plan.
