What this site collects
Nothing automatically beyond ordinary web server logs kept by our hosting provider, which record the request, the time and an IP address. If you fill in the enquiry or contact form, we receive what you typed into it.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, quote, and if it goes further, to run the contract. That is the only reason.
Who sees it
The people in this office who handle enquiries. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to anyone else except where a shipment requires it, such as a freight forwarder or a customs authority, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are kept for [ retention period ]. Records connected to a shipment are kept as long as export and tax rules require.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics is added later, this section will be updated before it goes live rather than after.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to yugpatel98700@gmail.com and we will act within a reasonable time.
