How we buy it
Chia looks simple and is not. The two things buyers come back about are cleaning and moisture, because a lot that arrives even slightly damp will not behave in a dry mix and will not keep. We clean to the contract and would rather refuse a lot at intake than argue about it after it has crossed an ocean.

This one ships as seed only. We do not grind it, and we will tell you who does if you need that.
Chia has no line of its own in the Indian schedule and has been entered under more than one code in practice. We confirm it against the current schedule at the time of shipment.

Cleaned, checked and documented
Samples are drawn when the lot comes in, and again from the finished goods before your container is loaded — so what you approved is what sails. Third-party inspection is arranged whenever you ask for it, and you get photographs of the loaded container either way.
