About this product
How we buy it
Buyers usually ask for a curcumin percentage, but what their customer sees on the shelf is colour, and the two do not always move together. Variety and the growing region decide both before any mill gets involved. Tell us the curcumin you work to and what the powder is going into, and we will say plainly whether that number is realistic at this point in the season and what it costs.
Retail masala packs, curry and seasoning blends, ready meals, health and supplement products, natural colouring, and curcumin extraction.
This one ships as powder. We hold the whole spice and mill close to your shipment date, because ground spice loses its aroma on a shelf, not in a container.
Turmeric has its own heading with a line named for the powder, so both the whole finger and the ground form are unambiguous.
What to send us
Four lines is enough
- Quantity you are looking at
- Packing you want it in
- Destination port
- Any specification your side works to
Specification, tolerance and packing are agreed in the contract for each shipment rather than fixed on a web page — the right answer changes with your end use, the season and your destination.

Cleaned, checked and documented
Samples are drawn when the lot comes in, and again from the finished goods before your container is loaded — so what you approved is what sails. Third-party inspection is arranged whenever you ask for it, and you get photographs of the loaded container either way.
