How we buy it
Almost all of this goes out as hulled kernel rather than as the shelled seed, and the two are priced nowhere near each other, so the first thing to settle is which one you actually want. Buyers care about how white the kernel stays, how few broken pieces come through, and how fresh it is, because the oil in it turns faster than in most seeds. Say what it is going into and we will match the lot to the shelf life you need.

This one ships as seed only. We do not grind it, and we will tell you who does if you need that.
Watermelon seed has no line of its own in the Indian schedule and is entered under melon seeds. Worth confirming with your own customs broker, because some destinations classify the hulled kernel differently from the whole seed.

Samples are drawn when the lot comes in, and again from the finished goods before your container is loaded — so what you approved is what sails. Third-party inspection is arranged whenever you ask for it, and you get photographs of the loaded container either way.
