Unjha is where cumin, fennel and psyllium from across north Gujarat and Rajasthan arrive every morning. The price you see here is the price the crop is really worth that day. Every extra hand between the farmer and you adds cost and hides information.
Our office is inside that yard. We buy lot by lot, with our own eyes on the material, so we can tell you exactly what you are getting and what it should cost — before you commit.

Buying from a new country is mostly about not being surprised. Here is the whole sequence, so you know what happens next and when to expect it.
Full process ↗You tell us what you need
Product, quantity, packing, destination port, and any specification your side works to. New to importing? Just describe what you make with it. We will suggest two options and price both.
We quote you the same day
Our price comes from that morning’s arrivals at the yard, not from a fixed list. The quote says how many days it holds, and which way the market is moving, so you can decide when to book.
Samples reach you
Couriered from stock we actually hold, not from a display jar. Once your lot is bought, a second sample is drawn from that exact lot so you can compare the two.
Contract and advance
Specification, tolerance, packing, marking, shipment window and payment terms, all in writing. If we agreed it on a call, it goes into the contract.
Buying and cleaning
Bought at the yard, then destoned, gravity separated and sortex cleaned until it meets your contract — not until it looks good enough.
Testing before release
We check moisture, purity and admixture ourselves. Where your contract or your country requires it, an external laboratory tests for pesticide residue, aflatoxin or microbiology, and the report travels with the goods.
Packing and loading
Bags marked to your instruction. We photograph the container empty and then loaded, and send you the seal number the same day it is stuffed.
Documents and after sales
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and anything else your customs asks for. Scans go to you first, originals follow by courier.

Some buyers only want a price per kilo. Others want us to run the whole chain, down to the artwork on a retail pouch. Both are normal here.
Daily buying at the Unjha yard, and at the growing areas for the few products that do not pass through Unjha. We follow the arrivals, not only the closing rate — the two often say different things about next week’s price.

Machine cleaning through to sortex and colour sorting, run to the purity written in your contract. If a lot will not reach it, we buy another one rather than argue with you later.

In-house checks on every lot, and testing at an external accredited laboratory whenever you or your importing country requires it. The reports go into the document set.

Paperwork is where most first-time importers lose a week. We prepare the full set, check it against your customs broker’s list, and email scans before the vessel sails.

Quality
What you approve is what arrives.
Ask any importer what goes wrong with Indian suppliers and you will hear the same answer: the shipment did not match the sample. That is the one thing we build the whole process around.
Sealed pre-shipment samples, counter samples kept here for reference, and a written tolerance on every contract. If a lot drifts outside it, you hear from us before the container is loaded, and you decide what happens next.
